Goodtourney

Terms and Conditions
**Effective date:** August 14, 2026
**Operator:** Skinny Bob Studio (“Good Tourney,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
**Mailing address:** 732 S 6th St Ste R, Las Vegas, NV 89101, United States

## 1. Acceptance

By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using a Good Tourney product, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

## 2. Separate products

Good Tourney offers two separate products:

– **Good Tourney Apple Suite:** native billiards-tournament apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Vision Pro, and a read-only Apple TV venue display.
– **Good Tourney Web:** the original browser-based product, continuing for active existing subscribers after new public web signups close.

Each product requires its own purchase. A Good Tourney Web subscription does not unlock the Apple Suite, and an Apple Suite subscription does not unlock Good Tourney Web. There is no automatic account, entitlement, or tournament-data migration between them.

## 3. Apple Suite subscription

The U.S. launch prices are **$20 per month** or **$200 per year**. The annual plan saves $40 compared with twelve monthly payments. The App Store shows the actual localized price and currency before purchase.

– Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the App Store before renewal.
– There is no free trial.
– Family Sharing is not enabled.
– Apple processes payment, cancellation, renewal, offer-code redemption, and refund requests under Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
– Canceling stops future renewal but does not ordinarily reverse the current paid period.

An active subscription is required to create, edit, or operate real tournaments in the Apple Suite. If a previously verified subscription cannot be checked because the device is offline, the app may honor its last verified active entitlement for up to seven days. This offline grace period does not extend the purchased subscription term, and the device must reconnect to verify access.

When subscription access is unavailable, existing local tournament results remain available in read-only form. A fake-data sample active tournament may also be available for evaluating the interface. To protect a live event, a tournament already in progress may be completed rather than intentionally interrupted solely because entitlement changes.

## 4. Existing web-customer promotion

A customer is eligible for the existing-web-customer promotion only if they had an active paid Good Tourney Web subscription on **August 14, 2026**, the Apple Suite launch date.

Eligible customers may receive one App Store offer code for the first Apple annual subscription term at **$100**, which is 50% off the standard $200 annual price. Unless canceled, later renewals occur at the standard App Store price displayed for the subscription.

The offer must be redeemed within 90 days after launch and expires **November 12, 2026**. Codes are subject to App Store availability and redemption rules, have no cash value, and may not be sold or transferred. Receiving or redeeming a code does not migrate web data, cancel web billing, or provide access to both products.

## 5. Good Tourney Web

The Apple Suite launch does not discontinue Good Tourney Web. Good Tourney Web remains available to active existing customers at **$10 per month** or **$100 per year** under its existing PayPal billing arrangement, including normal recurring renewals while the subscription remains active. New public web signups and purchases close when the Apple Suite launches.

Existing web customers may manage or cancel their subscription through **Dashboard → My Memberships**. Purchasing the Apple Suite does not automatically cancel a web subscription.

No Good Tourney Web shutdown date is currently announced. Our current intent is to keep the web app operational until a comparable future web experience exists and a separate transition plan is ready and communicated. This describes the current product plan and is not a guarantee that the service, features, pricing, or availability will remain unchanged indefinitely.

## 6. Permitted use and user responsibilities

Good Tourney is for organizing billiards tournaments. It does not include darts. You are responsible for:

– entering accurate players, ratings, teams, rules, results, payments, and payouts;
– confirming match results and reviewing standings before awarding prizes;
– protecting devices, Apple Accounts, web credentials, and exported files;
– obtaining any consent or lawful basis needed to enter participant information; and
– complying with venue rules and all laws that apply to your event.

You may not interfere with security or synchronization, use Good Tourney unlawfully, gain unauthorized access, resell access without written permission, or reverse engineer the products except where applicable law permits.

## 7. Payments, side pots, and gambling

Payment, side-pot, prize, and payout fields are recordkeeping tools. Good Tourney does not collect, hold, transfer, guarantee, or adjudicate tournament funds and is not a payment processor, escrow service, sportsbook, or gambling operator. The tournament director and venue are solely responsible for legality, collection, custody, eligibility, disputes, and payment of prizes.

## 8. FargoRate and exports

Good Tourney may let a user create a Fargo-compatible results file, compose an email, copy a player name, or open a public FargoRate or FairMatch page. Good Tourney is independent from FargoRate and does not claim affiliation, endorsement, automated lookup access, or guaranteed acceptance of an export. The user must verify the recipient, file, identities, ratings, and results before sending.

## 9. Apple TV venue display

The Apple TV app is a read-only convenience display. Tournament decisions and authoritative edits must be made on a supported director device. Venue displays may be delayed by connectivity, iCloud availability, device state, or display-cache refresh.

## 10. Availability, synchronization, and backups

Good Tourney is offline-first where supported, but iCloud synchronization, App Store purchases, email, web access, and public website lookup depend on third-party services and connectivity. Users should keep devices updated, confirm synchronization before handing off editing, and retain appropriate exports or backups for important events.

We may update, add, remove, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned discontinuation of a paid service will be handled subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

## 11. Intellectual property and feedback

Good Tourney and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Skinny Bob Studio or its licensors. You retain rights in tournament information you enter. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use it to improve, market, and operate Good Tourney without compensation, subject to the Privacy Policy.

## 12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, a security risk, or a legal requirement. You may stop using a product at any time and must cancel recurring subscriptions through the service that bills them.

## 13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Tourney is provided **”as is”** and **”as available.”** Skinny Bob Studio disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Good Tourney is an operational aid. Tournament directors remain responsible for checking entries, results, placements, exports, money records, and awards.

## 14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skinny Bob Studio and its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from Good Tourney.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Skinny Bob Studio for all claims relating to Good Tourney will not exceed the greater of **$100** or the amount the claimant paid to Skinny Bob Studio or through the applicable app marketplace for the affected Good Tourney product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

## 15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skinny Bob Studio and its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your tournament operation, participant information, handling of funds or prizes, violation of venue rules or law, misuse of Good Tourney, or violation of these Terms.

## 16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and the parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Before filing a claim, you agree to send a written description to `Info@Goodtourney.com` and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, unless immediate relief is reasonably necessary or applicable law provides otherwise.

## 17. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms. The page will identify the effective date, and material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
